Beautiful plane with a cool history!
Bet it lands like a Cub.
Crosswind landings in the Parrakeet are tougher than my old T-craft. Two things; bank angle limited by lower wing, and banking into the wind seems to increase the effect of the wind more than the T-craft.....
 
Long wide grass runway to start, stop the high speed taxi test, find a good tailwheel instructor and get some more hours.
Have a good tailwheel/ CFI fly the plane to tell you what to expect.
10 in a taildragger is not much, be patient this is too nice and cool of an airplane to wreck, have fun getting to your goal safave owned all kinds of airplanes and the thing I have learned is go out and slow fly, pretend at altitude your are flying the pattern and landing, and it always took 5-10 hours to really get to know my new plane.
