You got your 24nm bowties and the rest remains at 20nm.

The bowties are fine and is what I suggested but the problem is dropping the ceiling of the outer ring that IMHO and that of some in the FAA was not needed.

I guess it's one of those 'could have been worse' situations.

The final rule has been adopted and it appears that the modifications to the Philly Class B will be effective 7/25/2013.
