Inched up the $$ amount until it took my offer. It was probably cost to 'market rate' when the price was accepted.

Works fine,you can get some good deals,depending on season and area your renting in.

Used it a couple times. Didn't find it saved any significant money over just calling the rental company.

I used it regularly last winter. Good service. Never an issue with the Priceline part of it, but once I got to the counter at Payless and it was closed for the night. The online info said 24 hour services. I called the 800 number and they acted like I didn't have a reservation. We got Priceline on the phone with them, found the reservation, but no one would come out to give me a car. Priceline cancelled that one, and got me a car with Alamo I think. Pretty good of them.
