What type of personality though that it was appropriate to publish that article in that format?
Not much tolerance for BS...actually, how pilots react to the article in its current format reveals much about the pilot
Thanks for pointing out the article... Now that I have figured out how to use Apple Notes to archive useful things like that, I added it to my "library"But on a more positive note, one of our own was recently re-published. And it's nicely formatted and readable:

Then there's this, "Thus, they tend to be bright and capable of good social interaction when called for." I guess it's often not called for here.
Also, why are they just now publishing something written in 2001?
So are you saying the average pilot is better at social interaction than those on POA? Or worse?What percentage of pilots participate in POA?
Why would anyone consider that to be a valid sample of the population?
They'll be the first to tell you that they do....The author lost me at: "Pilots generally have good social skills and good reasoning." ... haha!
