The action was pressing send.

Get your security token stuff together and try it again. You're using a Mac, aren't you?

One of the technical guys will need to take a look at that. Hang on.

I get that when I have the message creation tab open for an extended period of time (hours, at least, sometimes days). Copy the message, reload the page, paste it in, hit send again.

Only problem is... since they stopped installing floppy drives on computers, I have no place to put the quarter!

Kent, you may be right it did work the next day. Usually I stay logged in and haven't had a problem in the past.
