Plz help decode this notam

What does this mean? This notam was in a briefing for my XC this morning.

Jax ARTCC reserved some airspace for something. Maybe those model rocket guys were having a get-together.

It's mandatory for IFR traffic, but the controllers will take care of that. Think of it as a temporary MOA and you'll get the idea.

Looks like the IR-15/Tomahawk missile cooridor is active. Usually the NOTAM is more detailed describing F-15 or F-16 aircraft providing escort duties.

A TFR is issued for air shows. Usually air show TFRs cover 5 NM and up to and including 15,000 ft over the airport . This NOTAM is an advisory for activity just off shore TLH.

It has been a few years since I had seen their performance. Wow have they made it better. The slow flight was unreal. Pilot had the plane moving almost horizontal about 300 feet off the ocean. Then went full throttle and away he went.
Then one of the single flyers came by us and you could see the wind breaking as he went by, almost like he was near the sound barrier. It was an amazing thing to see. And I love too see the wing tip vortices off of planes, it just mesmerizes me, plenty of that to see!!

Coordinates are not always Lat/Long. These are Fix/Radial/Distance

For those unfamiliar, the format is AAARRRDDD, where AAA is the 3-letter VOR ID, RRR is the radial, and DDD is the distance (with leading zeroes to fill the three character field), so SZW182042 is the SZW VOR 182 radial at 42 miles.
