It is found on the corners of a B/King KS27xC autopilot servo, for the two mounting bolts.

Installers have a habit of "losing" these rare parts and screwing the servo in with a bolt and a nut, which is often a 2-man job to remove or refit, due to difficult access.

I need to get about a dozen of these...

The thread is a US aviation size (not metric) and the 2nd pic gives a clue.

The thread is a "locking" one i.e. the bolt goes fairly tight when in there.

MS21055 steel, black (if silver plated, 056)
Nut threads 4-40 thru 10-32 (10-32 is same as 3/16ths or 0.187)
Rivet spacing 0.486
Rivet holes for 3/32 rivets thru 1/4-28 size nut threads

MS21055 L (if lubricant) and 10 K (if rivet hole dimpled)

MS21055 () 10 () for what appears to be yours and if the rivet dims are correct.

Good resource: Genuine Aircraft Hardware Co.

The rivet spacing is 0.486 - looks like Chart D on that PDF.

But what thread size is it? The 2nd pic ought to narrow it down. The clearance hole in the servo mounting plate (which the nutplate is screwed to) is 0.22".

...But what thread size is it?

It's either a 6-32 an 8-32 or a 10-32. If you can't figure that out by looking at the screw then get one of each - although good luck finding someone who will sell and ship you just one.

The bolt thread OD is about 0.19".

From here, 10-24 and 10-32 are in the right area, and presumably 10-32 is the only option on that nutplate.

Thank you all for your help.

Now I just have to find somebody here in the UK who sells them :)

Now I have to get the two little screws.

They are #2 x 56 UNC (I have a thread gauge) but the length is 0.178 which is slightly under 3/16". I will have to get 1/4" and cut them down if necessary, or use washers.

Now those you can easily find in an R/C hobby shop...at least here.
