PONTIAC, Ill. (AP) — Authorities in north-central Illinois found between 300 and 350 pounds of marijuana on a plane during a bust at Pontiac Municipal Airport.
Three people were arrested during the seizure.
Pontiac Police say they responded to a call Monday at the request of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Authorities say officers learned that a plane had landed at the Pontiac Municipal Airport under unusual circumstances. They say the plane's flight plan was altered and information on its take-off location and destination was fake.
Authorities say a police dog sniffed the plane and alerted his handlers that drugs were inside.

What is that old saying? A stopped watch is correct twice a day. Or something like that, same thing here with the DHS. Stop everyone and eventually you find a crook.
 
But they won't tell you about the time that the dogs were very interested in my plane because... it smelled like other dogs.

Actually, they had no dogs when they searched me. They just looked and found nothing. When they expressed confusion over not finding anything, I thought "Well duh, that's because there's nothing there." Too obvious.
