Plane ‘cuts off’ multiple aircraft at Pitt Meadows airport

I flew into Pitt Meadows once and that was years ago. That day, the same thing happened (didn't make the news though). Cessna came in, talking to tower but not following any instructions. Cut me off, cut another plane off. It was like the wild west. Had some other very curious things occur in that general area while flying there as well. Definitely not my favorite area to fly in, although the landscape is nice.
