I was wondering if anyone had or knows of where to find a few pictures of the Piper Seneca prototype with the tri-motors.
Thanks

Awesome, thank you for the links. Also, I was wondering why the price for a Seneca II seems to be so much lower than other 4-6 place twins even though they seem to be very good at their job. Is there some sort of gremlin that makes these planes undesirable?

They're a bit slow compared to the Baron/310, but they're great planes. IMHO, the Seneca II's biggest issue is the fixed wastegate. But that can be fixed, so to speak - using Meryln automatic wastegates. Bruce has them, I'm sure he'll chime in.

They are the single most important mod to the Seneca II-IV; they restore the bird from it's inherent heat inefficiency.

They aren't set and forget, though. "automatic" is a misnomer in that regard. They limit the upper deck boost to between 1/4 and 1/2" of MP above the pressure below the butterfly plates (upper and lower decks) thereby keeping the turbo cooler and keeping the upper deck (and therefore the lower deck) cooler.

You are also cooling the turbo during the entire approach, as when the MP in the upper deck is below ambient, e.g, 22" and 2200 rpm below 8000 feet, the upper deck controller is full OPEN, blowing off Turbo compression.
