Piper round floor vent seals ??? replacements ???

can anyone tell me where i can find the replacment seals for my round "floor" vents on my pa28 - it looks like you could replace the "butterfly" becuase it have two little screws like the butterfly on a carberator but not sure what its called or where to find them

anyone have any advice ?

Maybe I am the only one having problems with the vent gasket drying out and leaking ?

I did a quick google image search and saw a couple of salvage companies selling the whole vent assembly. Do you have the parts manual to reference the par number? I can check on my laptop if you don't. What year and model?
