Everything Offends Me
Anyone know of any Lawyers that can practice law in North Carolina and is a pilot? Preferrably one that is a member of PoA? I'd like to give business to someone that fits that demographic if I can.

This is for corporate stuff, not personal stuff.

I think you are on to something. The drunken lawyer pilot awaiting home delivery demographic has to be huge and relatively untapped. Well done! Nick.

Next, start looking for drunken doctor pilots...

Heck... That's easy. just browse the FAA database for pilots in NC that are flying Bo's. 93.24% of them will be doctors. The rest are lawyers ..:D:D:idea:

Nick I know a guy who has some connectinos but he is in Chapel Hill area I don't think thats close to you. He is not a POAer either and I don't think you'll find one there.

Your best bet may be to get a list of pilots from the FAA and cross reference it to a list of licensed attorneys in NC. The LPBA does not even have its NC chairmanship filled so you can't go there.

Your desire to "keep it in the family" is desireable but my advice as a friend who happens to be an attorney is to find someone reasonable with experience in your local area that you can grow with and establish a relationship. Don't worry so much if he or she is a pilot.

Not a member of POA, however, Bob Epting is an attorney and a pilot with an extensive background in charitable aviation activities,. He has flown over 2500 Young Eagles missions, and having organized a project offering a flight experience for children who are, or have been patients at the NC Memorial Hospital Burn Treatment Center. He is also on the board of directors of Able Flight. Bob was instrumental in keeping the Chapel Hill airport open when UNC tried to shut it down. If he cannot help you, I am sure he can tell you who can.
