Pilot Blulink experiences?

All,

I have a clarity aloft headset and am looking to add bluetooth capability. I see this product out there. Some of the reviews comment that it's "a bit bulky" and has an awkward arrangement of wires. Is this the best item to accomplish the task, or has anyone used alternatives? If so, what product?

I had the Clarity Aloft Link headset which uses the Link module. I thought it was good. My only complaint is that there wasn’t enough cable between the headset and the Link module which made it a bit awkward. You may not have that issue though.

When ATC calls, and it's set to "mute the music" does it fully mute the music, or just fade it into the background like some other solutions do?

Like @CC268 said that is the one CA uses in-line. I usually advise people to buy the separate one since it costs the same and gives flexibility of use with other headsets you may have.
