PERFECT folding bike!

That is one of the few that actually looks like it is not too much of a compromise. I have yet to find a folding bike that I would want to ride. But this may be one.

Wow - I agree. Very nice bike.

Scott, FWIW, I found that I can fit regular Trek mountain bikes in my Cherokee if I remove the rear seats... and take off the quick release front/rear tires and seats from the bikes.

It takes about 5 minutes to put back together at the destination, but it sure is convenient when going to airports that are just outside walking distance from town.

The bikes have to go in through the cabin door (vs the baggage door), but you probably figured that out already.

I can get two full size moutain bikes in the back of the Tiger when I fold the rear seats down. If I take the wheels off I can get two full size road bikes in there. The thing with most of these folding bikes is they look like clown bikes at the circus. Seeing full size, or often over sized adults on these bikes is laughable.

Heck I've gotten my road bike in the baggage area of our Cherokee. It's a tight fit, but it's doable.

Althought for the ultimate travel bike it's hard to beat a custom frame with S&S couplers installed

This bike looks interesting, but I'll bet the price will be "outta sight" when you can eventually buy one.

I've been into folding bikes for quite a while, and own one Bazooka Navigator and two Dahon Espresso models. Both types are decent to ride and easy to fold and unfold. Of the two I'd recommend the Dahon as the best bang for the buck.

The Bazooka Navigator has a full suspension - which you don't really need for street use. Bazooka also offers the same bike without suspension - which is called the Dakar.

Dahon has a newer model called the Cadenza that looks interesting - but it's considerably more expensive than the Espresso. I haven't seen one yet, so can't provide an opinion.

I saw one recently at an energy conservation seminar. It was a folding bike with electric
motor(rechargeable battery). It seemed to be quite nice except for the $2300 price tag.
