Past damage history

Well I really don't call 70k a steal for a 50 year old Beechcraft with past major damage history and lack of updated avionics. Maybe if it was a Staggerwing or classic. If it was priced 20k sure thats a deal.

Maybe I missed it, but what flavor of Beech was it?
 
It was a Debonair with smaller engine. I see better ones online for 50k.
 
True and seller never got back to me so I will keep looking and working on my A&P license. I may end up building a new Vans RV 7a with a fellow A&P student.
