Let's say, if some lucky jerk with MEII rating but no turbine experience was given the chance to fly part 91 in a Global 5000 as SIC, what would be required of him prior to getting type rated? Can he still fly as SIC if PIC is type rated and has ATP? What about high alt and perf endorsements? This is of course, if money was no issue and you could do touch-n-go's all day...
