PA-24 Comanche Pre-Buy Omaha NE

Does anyone know of a resource near Omaha NE for Pre-buy on a Piper PA-24 Comanche?

The plane has been maintained by Fremont Aviation in Fremont NE. I believe they do very good work, but would like a shop that does not have a history with the airplane or seller.

Hinman Aviation in Webster, Iowa did my PA-28R for a plane located in Wisconsin. They're relatively close to Omaha. Happy with the results and price was reasonable.

Charles City Aeronautics with locations in Ames, Mason City, and Charles City, Iowa have decades of experience with Comanches and I would trust to do a good pre-buy on one.

@Kristin will do log book reviews and can possibly fly to personally inspect the plane for you. She’s a Comanche expert. She saved me from a couple of bad purchases and helped me find a peach of a 250.
