they withdrew all of their job offers around mid december. tough times all around. beechcraft has recalled all of their offers. I have a good friend who moved to wichita on saturday, supposed to start work at beech on the 26th. got the call this morning.

supposedly Spirit is about the only place in town still hiring. I dont really see for how much longer they can do that, since almost all of the companies they supply are laying off.

Im just glad that I can fly and make enough money to eat. I think that Leah will try to spend the summer canoeing in the BWCA again.

Scott, I think you are talking about Sprint communications? Im talking about Spirit Aerosystems. They split away from Boeing in 2005.
