If you only had one, maybe two days to be at the show, which days would you go and why?

I may be able to carve out a couple of days early in the week to do, but that is by no means assured this year. I am just trying to get a feel for what may be going on this year.
 
Some day other than July or August when no one is there.
 
It's a strip club for pilots. You go, you look at a bunch of stuff to get you excited that you'll never have, and you go home empty handed and poorer than when you arrived. Then you get back home and talk about all the things you saw but don't have.

I don't do strip clubs, and I don't do OshKosh.
 
I'll be there on Tuesday, and then again on Saturday.
I like the mix of one weekday and one weekend day. On Sunday I'll watch the airshow from the water.
I agree, though, that it's better to visit EAA during the time when Airventure isn't happening. The museum is typically very quiet, and I love going to Pioneer Airport when no one else is there and hanging out with all the Wacos. It's a nice place to be contemplative.
 
I would go monday and tuesday. I went one year just for one day, one day wasnt worth the trip. I going three days this year.
 
I'm going to be there all week and I think the wx is going to be pretty hot this year. Two years ago it was cool the entire time. Don't think we'll get that lucky this time.

Im afraid you are right about the wx this year. Sounds like some hot nights sleeping in the tent.

Check the weather again. Highs in the 70's & 80's. Great sleeping weather, may have to bring a light coat for am coffee stroll.

Go early. The weekend is a zoo and the vendors are worn slick. Same bunch of reprobate pilots will be there all week, sleeping on the ground like boy scouts and telling each other how much fun they're having. :wink2:
