I like "de-rostered" and, "the investigation is on!"

We don't have to wait for the equivalent of the NTSB on this one; I'll conclude the investigation now: The pilots forgot to retract the landing gear, due to forgetting about the landing gear. Contributing factors included forgetfulness, and not caring about the landing gear.
