I fly to my buddies lake house and when I do I use F31. There's a bit of a grade on the runway, seems this guy maybe should have finished his license before trying to take off... with passengers.

Student pilot certificates issued after 4/1/2016 don't expire. Maybe his medical was out? Anyway, he's got a long road ahead if any in getting his private pilot certificate now...

Flightaware shows registration in Stephenville, Texas since 2010 to a Kenneth R. Jackson and flights in Florida in 2018. This guy has been flying around with an expired student license and expired medical since 2015: https://amsrvs.registry.faa.gov/airmeninquiry/Main.aspx
