Now you can get exploded by a sUAS

Mortars or artillery probably as good or better - faster on target, more rounds, more lethal. And not much knew here - poor man's short range cruise missile.
 
The military has been thinking about this potential problem for a while. During my last year in the Navy (2012) my ship took part in exercises to test our ability to detect and destroy small UAVs very similar to the ones in the article.

We shot 2 down with our 5" gun and 2 with the CIWS without much trouble.

Yep, the anti anything within a couple of miles whenever its actually working.

The 5" was my baby but my division also owned the CIWS so I spent plenty of time working on it too.
