Nice pictures.. Chelsea Maine on the EAA note... so where is the shop?
EAA Chapter 87 held our March meeting at the builder's home/garage in Manchester. Grady Sharp, who signed the form, lives in Chelsea. Grady has built his own(or several), and another Chapter member is building a Tundra.

. . . And you were a Gardiner "Tiger," eh? My Rockland High School was also "Tigers." Time frame in Gardiner? Seems to me my friend Al NY Yankees fan Fuller, after he taught sciences in Winthrop 7th-8th Grades, may have moved to similar position in Gardiner. Name strike a bell?

Don't remeber that name. I was a Gardiner Tiger from 71-74.
Left for college in ASH, was NEAI, now DWC and worked for MIFS summer of 75.
Roger on the EAA in Bowdoinham. I've found the grass field down there on Google Earth. Is it still usable? I've also been searching for a place we called "Poverty Flats", some where north of Waterville. Any ideas?
Al Fuller graduated from Cony High in '63 or so, the Larry and John Coughlin all-around athletes era. I'm not familiar with "Poverty Flats," but my shots of Bowdoinham -- still operating though closed for the winter, usually need until into May to get dry -- are below. The 08B shot on Airnav.com is my image.

I did not move to Maine until '65.
Thanx for the pictures.. does not look like it's changed any since the late 70s.. I remember a lot more airplanes there then.

To be completed in 2008? How is that possible!?
