New Organization Supporting KRHV

Firefighters have been using Reid-Hillview Airport to help in dealing with the terrible fires around the San Francisco Bay area. It is also used for other important public purposes. The Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors is planning to close the airport in a few years when the federal grant assurances run out. A new organization has been formed to advocate for keeping it open, and to explain why people should care.

With all the dirty money flowing through the South Bay, some entity should simply buy the land under the airport outright and sever all ties with the County.

I'm sure the local governments would accept a huge cash settlement.
