I am a Sport Pilot.

This Sunday I will begin my airspace training for my logbook endorsement in the Evektor Harmony.

I will be one hour from Chicago O’Hare.

I do not own the Harmony, I rent. My girlfriend said I cannot buy a plane until I put a ring on it so...

I am training under the wings of “Sport Pilot Chicago” at C09 and 0C8.

Congrats! As for the ring thing ... at least you get an airplane after the ring. Some of us were told, "No huggy, no kissy, until I get a Wedding Ring!"

I haven't actually used that advice. It's the telling the truth that hasn't worked well for me. But at the same time it has because so far, I've never been divorced!

Maybe the parts cost more, but long-term maintenance is almost certainly less.

Great time today. Flew 1.2 in the Evektor Harmony. Will fly once more and get signed off. Then off to Aurora for tower work.

C09, used to race at Grundy. Matt Kenseth landed his jet there when I raced against his son. Nice little airport surrounded by corn.
