Hhmm I went about 80 hours before I ever got into a plane with a shoulder harness
 
I'd be sure to have the best shoulder harnesses and whelean strobes, wingtip and tail for sure. The shoulder harness install is really a no brainier. Has saved countless lives.
 
Not sure rear shoulder harnesses can be added to a 180 easily...
