Does anyone have a GNS 430 or 530 used - cheap. I want to use it in a Commander Docking Station for Home - Instruction use, and not in an airplane. I don't need all the associated hardware.
 
Can you define "cheap"? We just removed a working 430 and will be selling it soon.
 
$1800.00 and how soon can I buy it from you?
 
$1,800 might get you the CDI that goes along with the 430/530 these days. If it's just going to be for home and instructional use, could you not use something like this:

Seems like a much better option for your money. For $1,800, you could buy the computer, the equipment, the software, and still have some left over...

The RealSimGear.com stuff is very good for the price. It’ll do everything the real Garmin units will do in flight.
