My dad stumbled upon this site with a bunch of old (some silent) movies and videos of various aircraft and theme from early 1900s to around 2000. All of them look really neat. I've seen a video or two on youtube like these but they are few and far between and hard to search for. They're all bundled in the same place in this site.

The "Make America First" is the only one I've watched so far but at about 15:18 it shows an "air ambulance" which consists of a guy on a stretcher being loaded into a compartment just behind the open cockpit that closes completely around just him. :eek:

And later in the video, a blimp doing crop dusting. What?

If you guys find any of them specifically interesting, do draw attention to them :yes:

I'd especially like to hear commentary and stories from those who flew the jets in the later vidoes (F-4, A-4, etc). This is hangar talk after all :goofy:

What happened in this one? C130 appears to be dropping a tank or something on the run. Does something go wrong or did he stall it or?

He just got it wrong...
