NavStrobe Sextant Strobes - PIREPs Please

I have them on my Cherokee, which does not have regular strobes. At the time I purchased them, I was not aware they they should not be used in 'strobe' mode at night by regulatory restrictions, which is kind of why I bought them.

**Note: a new look at the documentation doesn't seem to have the restriction listed, so perhaps things have changed..

That being said: very bright, low power usage. Overall pretty happy with purchase.
