Missing California Family Found

Having gone into the mountains to hunt for a Christmas tree and missing for three days, has been found. The worst was feared and a heavy storm was coming into the area.

Because Dominguez had custody of his children at the time, his ex-wife did not know they were missing until she discovered that her youngest child failed to show up at school Monday.

Can we assume this will come up in future custody hearings?

Not likely considering how much the mom was doting over the father during TV interviews. She had nothing but high praise for him as a parent and a father.
