Migration patterns in the US

Someone sent me something on FB about internal US migration patterns.

That reminded me of this:

The snow birds will be heading south soon. The local RV lots will fill up for the winter.
Our local high temp is sliding below three digits, over night temps this weekend below 70F.
It won't be long now.

Interesting but suspect. Every county I check had exactly twice as many inbound migrants as outbound. I could find none that the outbound was greater than one half the inbound.
