MGL Extreme EMS with RDAC

Anyone else in the community using an MGL Extreme EMS in their Homebuilt? I know they’re out there and I have a few questions if you don’t mind.

Thanks for chiming in. I’m having some issues calibrating my FT 60 “red cube” fuel flow sensor.. EI says to use a k factor of 68000 using the red cube. The Extreme EMS only allows a k factor as high as 60000. Using 60000 k factor I’m showing about 10gph at idle, when it should be 2-3gph. I’ve emailed Michigan Avionics but they haven’t responded. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try 6000... and I thought k factor was a percentage (100 being starting point)

According to Electronics International the red cube shoots 68000 pulses per gallon/18000 pulses per liter. I’ve tried multiple settings, and the lower setting I use, the higher my GPH shows. If I could set it at 68000 I think it would be about right.
