**** Merry Christmas ****

And happy Holidays to one and all.

What are you all doing for Christmas? :dunno:

Merry Christmas to you.

Well we normally visit my mother and father and have a prime rib dinner.

We also shoot guns and fly airplanes if the weather cooperates.

All the best to you and yours,

And to all a good night...

Tonight singing at two services. Tomorrow, grading final exams.

All the best to you and yours,

We have a family tradition of oyster stew and oyster dressing Christmas eve, and prime rib Christmas Day. Not sure where it came from but it is good!

Merry Christmas Everyone!

Getting up early, riding with a lady friend to get to this http://www.saddlebackmaine.com/(by way of access road in photo); skiing for the day, and then to the dinner reservations there at 5:00 PM. Where I'm sitting at home there's not a flake of snow on the ground but Saddleback has received over 30" in the last few days to add to the output of the hundreds of new snow guns since last winter.

Just finished fried oysters, smoked oyster dip, oyster soup, & shrimp. Not sure what that has to do with Christmas, but the wife's family sure is into it. I'm in!

You are making Sac Arrow very hungry. I'm doing Prime Rib tonight but I might score me a couple pounds of those Tomales Bay oysters for Christmas. Those are hella good BBQ'd. Just pop them on the grill, pull them off when they just start to open and enjoy.

Or just pry them open and eat them.

You cannot get real oysters in NE!

Sitting around, writing code, and wishing it were warmer so I could fly the Flybaby.

Merry Christmas and happy holidays to everyone.
Hope your new year is filled with happiness.

My girlfriend is Hindu so her family doesn't really celebrate xmas, but my family has taken her under their wing and now she's a full fledged Christmas lover. Tree, presents, stockings, you name it. It's kind of fun actually.
So, we will be at my grandparents for the day then she has to work.

Oh, we had raw ones with beer earlier. Tasty!

Merry Christmas, everyone! Came back from Christmas Vigil Mass at the Basillica of St Josaphat in Milwaukee, and we're about to have lamb chops, asparagus, and mashed potatoes. Wood fire in the fireplace, and enjoying a Makers Mark at the moment.

Peace on earth, and goodwill to my fellow PoA'ers, believers or not. :yinyang:

Merry Christmas to you!

My wife and I had dinner with my mother. She's getting on in years and didn't feel like she could go out. I made a lasagne (a two-day affair for me, as I do it from scratch), and we had that for dinner at her place. We then read the beginnings of each of the four Gospels and discussed them.

Tomorrow we'll go back to her place, and have brunch and open our presents.

I watched the DVD "Kolya" which reminded me of you because there was a cello or two in it. :)

It's not specifically a holiday movie but kind of in that spirit.

¡Feliz Navidad! :cheerswine:

Merry Christmas And A Happy, Healthy New Year To All.

Today reviewed films of seaplaning in the rain yesterday for my BFR. Tomorrow will edit same, and go to fly in rain again. Planes have heat, just like cars. Waterfowl moving in from the North, many varieties.

Merry Christmas, everyone!

Very exciting for us as it's my daughters 1st Christmas! :goofy:

Yesterday evening we went to mass, and had to leave a little early, she didn't do very well being that it was so packed. Stopped and got Ruby Tuesdays to-go on the way home, watched some Christmas movies, and Santa Claus came around 12.

The little one's eating breakfast now, and she's got her eye on the tree and everything surrounding it. We'll open presents, be lazy, and have a family dinner later in the afternoon.

I hope everyone has a wonderful and safe day! Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas everyone!!
We ate at Olive Garden last night with my sister in law, she's a nurse and has to work today, great company, food sucks.:( I did leave a 30% tip for our server, she did a great job and it stinks working on Christmas Eve.
I actually closed the dealership yesterday, first non-Sunday Christmas Eve I haven't worked in 25 years.:D Felt odd to be free all day, I think my employees deserved it.:D
Today it's prime rib! I've already made a sausage/cheese grit breakfast casserole, ready to put in the oven when the kids wake up. ;)
My other sister in law has gotten temporary custody of a 9 yr old boy just in time for Christmas, looking forward to meeting him today!:D

My kids, ages 17, 19 and 23 are still in bed, 8:20 AM! We usually have to wake them up!

I wish mine were still in bed, can't they just woke me up! Time to see what old Santa Claus got me! Merry Christmas!

Yep, ours as well... still asleep! Now that they are "grown up" Christmas morning just isn't the same!

Wife and I are family-less for the first time ever. The oldest son and his family are on a cruise for Christmas and the youngest son and his family are living in Dublin, Ireland for ten months and currently touring Europe for the holidays.

My wife got up at 6:00 to work on food prep and I got up at 7:00 to help. Our traditional breakfast is turnovers. Turkey is in the oven and set to start at 12:30.

We have headed to the movie theater to see Les Mis at noon. We'll come home and have dinner. After dinner it will be back to the movie theater to see Parental Guidance.

Thunder started about 2 am and rattled the rest of the night and this morning. The electric car and scooter I helped SIL assemble last night may not get much use today.

But they liked the smoked ribs and fixin's we took over, and now I'm off the hook insofar as cooking is concerned.

Merry Christmas, all y'all.

Merry Christmas, all.

Crazy stuff here last night.

Some wack job in a red suit did a home invasion in my living room last night, and wouldn't freeze when I had him at gunpoint.

Coroner is here, cops, press. What a mess. Lawyer says I shouldn't be posting this.

Idiot left a bunch of reindeer on my roof too, but at least we'll have venison this year.

Gotta run, going to have to go see if the homeowners insurance company will believe why I need a new roof...
