I'll probably never fly for income.
I've been trying to cobble some kind of tool together using Excel and the PTS that would help me track/schedule the review of a basic VFR or IFR topic, manuver, simulated approach etc for a couple hours every week or so.
Something like a progressive proficency schedule. Some items would be tracked for currency, some to remain profficent.
Does anybody else do anything like this? What systems do other pilots use, or is it just cram it all for the biannual review? Do any of the electronic log book applications help?
