Lunch - What'd You Have?

Yum, looks good!

I had two lunches today (I'm still a growing boy). Had a burrito and a turkey sub with a bottle of water.
 
A turkey sandwich. Did some volunteer work at a community center today, and we got fed. Mmmmmm!
 
White fish, blackened. Very tasty. :biggrin:
And the waitresses...oh my.

Me loves a good Reuben. I haven't been to a Schlotzsky's in years. We used to have one here many years ago and it went out. I figured it was a dying chain.
 
They don't have it on the menu at the one I go to. I have no idea why but i feel like I'm in a special secret sandwich club every time I order one which is..um...every time I got to Schlotzskys.
 
Breakfast ,omelette iced coffee.

I know it's not photogenic, but this burger place I was at does not have lettuce for lettuce wrap (like, WTF?) but it's a 10 oz burger made of chuck, sirloin and bacon, topped with roast beef and onion-thingies.
 
My mommy made me a shrimp samich.

Really. She did.
 
Skyline Chili today. Usually its a little sandwich and a vegetable. But the wx is nice, I got the motorcycle out so today I splurge.
 
Ok, for real: Turkey, havarti, and romain on wheat, orange, banana, and a small bag of flamin Cheetos.
 
Chopped green salad topped with red king crab legs (the good stuff).

Yup, King crab legs up there are outa this world, and bigger than we get here. Had a bucket of 'em in Juneau a few years ago, delicious!
 
Zaxby's. I'd brought my lunch but was sufficiently disgusted as to how work had gone and needed to get out for a few minutes.

No reason for them to do so. No one says to himself, “Gee, I wish I could go to SNF this year, but the food is just too expensive.”

Saw one vendor selling corndogs for 8 bucks. C’mon, folks - that’s a bit ridiculous.

On the rare occasion that I'm home alone, then it's time to make some dad recipes that no one else will heat. Fettucine Puttanesca is my favorite, but no one else in the house will touch it.
