Low wing plane with light rudder pedels

I don’t know. All four are the same design. It’s just that one that is a pain.

The two drains on each side of my Tiger are different designs. The outboard, fuel tank, drains are the flat mount type such as this:

The inboard, sump, drains have extensions that project past the sump covers and make it easy to find and access the outlet. Similar in appearance to this:

https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/appages/safaircav110h4.php (again, I'm not sure that this is the same part, but it is similar in appearance).

The extension makes it simple to drain the sumps as well as the wing tanks.
 
Check the tire pressures. Don't try to turn when not moving. Makes a huge difference. A couple pounds of air can make a huge difference.
