Looking to split flight time (time build) with someone in the DC area

I've got access to a Cherokee for a very good rate. I'm looking for someone to split costs with while we rotate as safety pilots to build time.

The plane is at KVKX.

It'll work out to be $55.00 an hour per person. Time doesn't get much cheaper then that.

I am looking for something similar in SE Michigan.

I will be in the DC area (Herndon) over Thanksgiving and Christmas if you want to go up a few times. I will be flying my SR22 into JYO, but for time building it costs a lot more than $55/each.
