Looking for a LED countdown timer

I want to get a large (1-2" display height) countdown timer with LED display (not LCD), for cockpit use, as a fuel timer. I don't need seconds, just minutes. I've searched online, and the closest thing I've seen is a cooking timer on Amazon (picture attached), but it only goes up to 99 minutes, and has two extra digits for seconds which I don't need. I would rather have three digits for minutes so that it can count more than 100 minutes. I don't need actual clock time either. I know there are other ways of keeping a fuel timer (watch, tablet etc...), but I want something that is bright, large and in your face. My next option is to make one myself, but that seems a bit extreme for something like this.

Well since you were so specific, the one I use has an LED light which flashes to let you know to change the fuel tank.

I got one very similar from Target's aviation kitchen aisle for much less. But was white, LCD, and no Sporty's branding.
