London Again - explosions/smoke in Underground 7/21

It's going on again. Reports of explosions, smoke in Underground. Evacuations in progress. Not clear yet.

Entire system being evacuated. Reports of an incident on a bus as well - bus seems to be intact.

Three locations.

Witness at one reports "big bang" like balloon popped. Something on floor that had exploded - people moved to next car, everybody tried to stop a man running away who had left a bag on the train but failed.

I'm watching it on CNN right now. I love the questions:

CNN: Would you say this is another attack?
Interviewee: I think its too early to say
CNN: But it certainly looks like one, right?
Interviewee: I can't really tell, its too early.
CNN: If another attack were to happen, they'd evacuate the subways, right?
Interviewee: Yes, that would make sense.
CNN Ticker at bottom of screen: Reports indicate this may be a terrorist attack.

Sigh.

London Police - not a major incident yet

Bus - windows blown out, no injuries

4 incidents - 3 on subway, one on bus

Only 3 subway lines are shut down and evacuated

Scotland Yard: same 4 incidents. Smaller bombs or failed bombs. Stay where you are until we get the transportation situation sorted.
