Logo Design / T-Shirt

A few years ago we used designcrowd. Describe what you do and about what youre looking for and get a fair number of designs back. Problem for us was too many cool designs came back.
 
Besides the logo, I think you need 2 planes on a shirt: one being a cool customer plane that says “This could be you” and another ahead or in trail with a cartoon stick figure dude with legs dangling out the side door and a huge camera that also has your miniaturized logo on that plane. Simple single color outline of all that.

OR, something representing a lens, with the plane inside the "frame"
 
Reproduce your business card on a TShirt or collard golf shirt.

You could probably do waaaay better than this, but this is a concept I've been working on. This isn't close to a finished concept.

Nope, not yet. I started off with FiveRR working with a designer that had the Iron Birds logo below. I told him something similar with a a radial engine. He didn't understand and sent me the 2nd one, which isn't bad, but not what I wanted. I gave him another try and sent him some examples of my work, specifically planes with radial engines. He sent me the red logo below... again, not bad, but not what I wanted. I liked the camera being added, but still not what I asked for.

Now I've decided to go away from the large airplane logo and do something similar to the last one. Take away the jet, add something like the biplane at the bottom, change the colors to Green/Gray or Green/Black on a lighter background, etc. I've got a guy who is supposed to be working on it now.

Not bad, but I think if you could get something that resembles a typical Jack Fleetwood photo it would make your logo have a unique pop. Maybe give the guy several of your favorite photos and ask him to use those for inspiration?

JMHO, of course, and worth what you paid for it. ;)

I tried giving him photos, not sure where he came up with the SkyMaster... not a photo I gave him!

I've decided something with just my name will stand out. I saw a few of the YouTube guys at OSH and I knew who they were instantly. If all else fails, going back to my old logo!
 
Well, after multiple failed attempts with FiveRR, I mentioned my frustration to a friend of mine. He reminded me that his Cousin does this for a living! I reached out to him and he took my idea of the swoop with the airplane and sent me some ideas... I didn't like them. He also sent me a logo of a camera with wings, but the wings had feathers and I didn't like the font he chose. He worked with me and after a few tries... my new logo was born! Not what I thought I wanted, but that's why you go with a pro!! I love it.
