I had two pairs of Lightspeed Thirty3G headsets, one of which I traded in on Zulu2s and the other I used for my wife and as a backup. Well, the backup developed a bit of a buzz or rattle in one ear cup, so I decided to send it to Lightspeed just over a week ago.

The repaired set arrived today. I barely recognized them. They replaced just about EVERYTHING on those things, including a newer design control unit, new cables, new boom mic, new mic muff, new stirrups...darn near everything new!

And a fresh set of batteries in them. All at no charge. After 14 years of trouble-free use.

Unbelievable.

Thank you, Lightspeed! (And especially Dana in their customer service department...she's awesome!)
 
Same here. I have had to send a couple different pairs in. One out of warranty, but they fixed it for free. 1 more satisfied customer.
 
That's awesome to hear. Glad I invested in the Zulu.2's a while back.
 
I had a great experience with them as well. I had a low end LS headset, and they repaired it no questions asked. My next headset will be a LS.
