My page down key started wiggling the other day on my Thinkpad T400. A quick electronic service ticket and a day later, I had a new keyboard in my mailbox ready to get installed into my laptop. At no additional cost to me. Has everyone else had a similar experience with Lenovo? I was very impressed.

I think my 3 year lenovo thinkpad protection contract was a good idea!

Sounds like typical Lenovo. They're pretty good about sending a new keyboard or stuff like that.

I laughed too hard at a joke on PoA once and spit orange juice on my laptops keyboard. i just bought a parts laptop off ebay for 30 bucks and replaced the keyboard. now i've got a whole computer worth of spare parts.

Lenovo support is fantastic. I had an issue on my netbook screen, and they emailed me a ticket, had me bring it to the local FEDEX shipping center who packaged it and everything, no cost to me at all. Had it back in less than a week.

I read the title of the thread and the first thought was "There's a Lenovo mafia"? :yikes::rofl:

And they've got a great vintage EMC lab in Yamato, Japan. The hams in this group will love the name of the apartment building down the street (first picture). And if you are familiar with EMC labs (RF semi-anechoic chamber), you'll enjoy the rest of the pictures. Sure had some good sushi in Tokyo in December.

Man, I wish I'd swallowed my coffee before I read that... Nasal caffeine absorption. What a rush!
