It's a cub crafters, and it was for sale. It's owned by a neat old guy who just turned 90 last year, Buck Carroll. He was employee number 27 (or some BS like that) at FedEx and flew for them forever. IIRC...he didn't get to fly it ON his 90th birthday like he wanted to, it was too windy, but he did a day or two later.Poor Cub. Ironically, though, I'd bet it flys again if other aircraft don't...
...another airport ripped up by high winds or a tornado this year. Aviation sure has been hit hard by Mother Nature, my plane left there about 3 weeks ago thankfully. But I still have likely $10k or more in tools equipment and toys in a hangar there. I guess I'll see this morning if I still do.
