Kitty Hawk in heavy seas

Where's that video? Which angle did you try to take the seas at?

Head on for half a day at half throttle with them backing us up until we cleared the Canaries, then I fell off back on course for Nigeria (was diverting around the North when it took a 90*turn and sat it's ass right on top of us) and took it on the port quarter until the wind clocked around to our stbd quarter. Been through one in the mid Pacific in a 100' wooden schooner as well, that was interesting and fun after the first day when we realized the boat was going to stay together. There's 5 more as well, but none of them beat the Southern Ocean storms for swell size though.
