King Air Takeoff & Landing With 12kt tailwind

Maybe someone practicing against the day they have to do it with no other possibilities available to them.
I did a couple tailwind take-offs and landings last week in the Cub. Only 4 knots, but it was not enjoyable, but, I felt, necessary.

Didn't we just get done agreeing that a tailwind component is really only of interest on the ground? Once in the air, the airplane climbs the same.

Not quite.

If straight out, it will climb at the same rate, but at a shallower angle.
