KAPA pilots: Runway 10/28 question

Has anyone else based at KAPA noticed that runway 10/28 is much wavier and bumpier since they resurfaced it last year? It used to be smooth and solid but that's no longer the case. The past couple times I've departed runway 10 in my Mooney I experienced a rough ride and actually bounced a couple times as I approached rotation speed. It was bad enough that I'll be requesting 17/35 from now on.

Never bothered me, altho most runways are a bit bumpy for me...i need to get the shop to look at the entire front strut from frame to wheel on the cherokee and figure out why there's some vibration during takeoff roll.

It only concerns me in the Mooney... don't want a prop strike. Doesn't bother me at all in my RV-8 because it's a taildragger and gets off the runway before the bumps begin.

Hadn't noticed, but I'm usually airborne in about 400' of it. Having landed on gravel and grass and other unimproved surfaces, pavement bumps don't usually bother me much anyway.
