Is it true that if one has to go on insulin to control type II diabetes that pretty much spells the end of the medical?
Just want to verify something

It was true, but it isn't any more. Bruce can explain the details, but getting a SI for insulin dependent diabetes is no longer that big a deal as long as you're under control.
