Jeppesen Aviator Flight Bag

I'm in the market for a new flight bag...I'm still not happy with my Zuluworks Topi Bag. Does anyone have a Jeppesen Aviator flight bag? I would probably leave the headset and GPS compartments detached and leave my LightSpeed 20-3G in the main bag, but don't know if it will fit (it's a slightly larger headset than others).

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I have one. I had bought it to replace my old bag, but just ended up using it to carry only my Jep plates while still using my old bag. Now I use it as an over night clothes bag to supplement my flight case. It's a nice enough bag, durable, that's for sure. Not very big, though, and because it's so much taller than it is wide, you end up having to stack stuff, which makes it hard to access things quickly and easily. If you don't stack things, you end up having to force them in the sides and then it becomes hard to zip. And it doesn't fit under an airliner's seat if either of the removable pouches are attached...at least not without some awkward maneuvering. I'm not really a big fan of it for anything other than a back up clothes bag. But that's just me...

Thanks, would you recommend a different brand/type bag? I carry the following with me in my flight bag:
  • LightSpeed 20-3G
  • LightSpeed Accessories
  • NY Sectional & TAC, Low Altitude Enroute Charts (Jepp.)
  • C172S POH
  • Logbook
  • E6B
  • GATS Jar
  • Kneeboard
  • Flashlight
  • Pens/Pencils
  • Extra Batteries
and probably a Jepp binder soon enough. I don't think of it as being much, but to some a headset is plenty.
 
This looks like the updated version of what I have. I love it...got it early in my private training and use it when I fly GA to this day. I'd use it on the line if I could, but we're not allowed over-the-shoulder bags, so I opted for something with wheels. The ASA bag is the perfect size and dimension to fit an absurd amount of stuff, but keep it all accessible in small/dark spaces (such as on the floor or backseat). Mine has gone from coast to coast with me, and I'd recommend it highly.
 
I use a Flyboys Pubs bag for work and a LL Bean backpack for GA. Both serve thier purposes well. Plenty of room and keeps things somewhat organized.
 
I decided to order the Jeppesen Aviatior bag and see how I like it. It arrived earlier today via FedEx and I spent a few minutes moving my stuff into the new bag. At a brief glance, the bag is definitely sturdy, perhaps a bit too sturdy/stiff, but I'm thinking that the nylon will soften up slightly when I start using it. I haven't used it in the plane yet, but think it will serve my mission well.

Aha, the first aviation goodies of the new year!

Now go out and rub dirt and salt water over it so you look like a grizzled veteran with a well-traveled aviator bag (well, at least a veteran - don't sweat the grizzled part, age has a way of taking care of that whether you like it or not:()
 
Kinda thread hijack here, but seeing the fuel cup in your bag presented a question. Is it personal preference as to which tester one uses (ie long cylinder vs, cup)? Or is there an operational difference?

I specifically use the 12oz GATS jar because it is large enough to hold fuel for all 13 of the drains on the C172S (though I pour fuel back into the tank after draining the 8 drains on the right side of the airplane).
