Everything Offends Me
So, I'm sitting here on Skype for 51:28 trying to get my account straightened out. I have to talk to special account care, since its a former employee account, and I need to get the numbers bounced to my new non-employee account.

Every other queue at T-Mo has a virtual hold queue, where they let you keep your place in line, and they call you back.

Not Special Account Care. If I were still an employee, I'd have nothing to complain about, but now this is taking away from my fairly busy day!

Blegh. Just bitching for the sake of bitching I guess.

Oh, btw, its now 56:40

Starting to understand churn? It is sometimes easier to just walk into another cellco's office and start new.

For real...I tell you, 1:06 and counting. If it tops 1:30, I'm going to AT&T.

Thanks to number portability that is a really painless thing to do these days.

I like T-Mobile, and don't want to, but how the hell does this happen? The problem is that it is an employee only department, so there's really no reason for me to have to contact them....

Stupid policy

Why is it when you call as a new customer you get a cheerful helpful english speaker within moments.... and the second you are in their net I mean a paying customer they don't want to hear from you again?
