It's wet... had a bit of rain starting 7am CT today, comes and goes. Under a 48-hour flash flood watch for 4-6" of rain. Not too windy here in Dallas (yet). San Antonio is getting flooded, I hear.
P.S.--Good timing on the rain gauge I installed on the sprinkler system last weekend--should keep the system from running this week!

Kinda wish I was working on my instrument rating instead of private. Today would be a good one for practicing in real IMC. Winds are okay, just a low cloud deck sitting on top of us. Occasional light rain.
I'd grouse about the interference with my training schedule, but I really need the rain for the front lawn!!

Final Approach
It's soggy and wet, but not the worst I've ever seen. Some branches came down in the neighborhood from the wind. Canceled all students for the day.
